Rombi Wardrobe is a personal styling app that keeps track of your clothes and suggests outfits based on your colors and what you own. If something isn't working or you have a question, the answers below cover the most common cases — and you can always email us directly.

Account and sign-in
How do I sign in?
Tap Continue with Auth0 on the welcome screen. You can sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or an email and password. Rombi Wardrobe shares its login with other Rombi products, so if you already have a Rombi Productivity account, the same credentials work here.
I'm stuck on the sign-in screen
The sign-in page opens in a secure browser window provided by your device. If it doesn't load, check your internet connection and try again. If you use a VPN or content blocker, disabling it temporarily can help. Still stuck? Email us and mention which sign-in method you were using.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your Wardrobe account, your wardrobe items, and the images stored on our servers. Note that your Rombi login itself may still exist for other Rombi products — signing back into Wardrobe afterwards creates a new, empty wardrobe.
Using the app
How do I add clothes to my wardrobe?
Open the Wardrobe tab and add an item by taking a photo or choosing one from your photo library. We use AI to detect the garment and its colors automatically, then you can adjust the details before saving.
What is the face color scan, and is my photo kept?
The optional face scan estimates your skin tone so we can recommend colors that suit you. The photo is sent for analysis and is not kept afterwards — we save only the resulting color attributes to your profile. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Why does the app ask for camera and photo access?
Camera access lets you photograph your clothes and run the face color scan. Photo library access lets you pick existing pictures instead. Both are requested only when you first use those features, and the app does not request microphone access.
My outfit suggestions don't look right
Suggestions in the What to Wear tab improve as you add more items and complete your style profile. You can adjust your profile details — including body shape and color preferences — from the Profile tab. If suggestions still seem off, email us with an example and we'll take a look.
Privacy and data
